Rusho provides a platform connecting users seeking home services with independent, verified professionals. We act as an intermediary and facilitate the booking and payment process.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide a safe working environment for the professionals.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are processed in accordance with our dedicated Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rusho, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
